This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through Angelica Guidance. Our goal is to keep the policy simple, lenient, and transparent.

1) Scope and Definitions

This policy applies to:

  • Digital Products / Digital Services: Readings, Drawings, Charts, and any written, audio, or video deliverables sent by email, download link, or made available in a customer portal.
  • Physical Products: The Saint Michael Medal.

"Delivery" means:

  • Digital: the deliverable is sent to you or made available to you electronically.
  • Physical: the carrier tracking shows the package as Delivered to the shipping address you provided.

Our Refund Promise

30 Days From Delivery — 100% Refund, No Questions Asked

We offer a 100% refund on all purchases (digital and physical) if requested within thirty (30) days from delivery. No questions asked means we will not require an explanation or justification for your refund request.

2) Digital Products / Digital Services

  • Digital purchases are eligible for a 100% refund within 30 days from digital delivery, even if the digital content has already been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
  • If a refund is issued for content provided through an account/portal, access to that content may be revoked where technically feasible.

3) Physical Products (Saint Michael Medal)

  • Physical purchases are eligible for a 100% refund within 30 days from physical delivery (carrier marked "Delivered").

Returns (When Required)

To keep things fair and prevent abuse, we may require the physical item to be returned as part of processing the refund. If a return is required:

  • We will email you return instructions.
  • Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

4) How to Request a Refund

Email support@angelica-guidance.com and include:

  1. Order number
  2. Name and email used at checkout

That's it—no explanation required.

5) Refund Method and Timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Once approved, refunds are typically processed promptly; your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

6) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@angelica-guidance.com with:

  • your order number, and
  • clear photos of the item and packaging (if available)

We'll make it right (refund and/or replacement, as applicable).

7) International Orders

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees (if any) are assessed by your country/carrier and are generally not collected by us. As a result, these amounts typically cannot be refunded by us.
