5) Product Disclaimer (Saint Michael Medal)

If we offer a physical Saint Michael Medal (the "Medal"), you acknowledge and agree:

• The Medal is sold as a symbolic and/or religious item.
• We make no scientific, medical, or supernatural claims that the Medal provides protection, safety, healing, prevention of harm, or any guaranteed outcome.
• The Medal is not personal protective equipment (PPE) and is not a substitute for professional advice, reasonable safety measures, or appropriate medical/security/legal services.

6) Purchases; Delivery; Order Issues

6.1 Digital Delivery

Digital deliverables (including readings, drawings, charts, and subscription deliverables) may be delivered via email, a customer portal, download link, or other method described at checkout.

6.2 Physical Shipping

Physical products ship to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

6.3 Pricing; Taxes; Errors

All prices are displayed at checkout and may change at any time. You are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping, and fees presented at checkout.

7) Subscriptions (If Offered)

We may offer subscription plans for recurring tarot readings or other recurring digital deliverables. By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. Your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel.

8) Refunds & Returns — 30 Days From Delivery (100% Refund, No Questions Asked)

We offer a 30-day, 100% refund policy (no questions asked) on all products, including digital services/digital goods and physical products (including the Saint Michael Medal).

You may request a 100% refund within thirty (30) days from delivery. For digital products, "delivery" occurs when the deliverable is sent or made available to you electronically. For physical products, "delivery" occurs on the date the carrier tracking shows the shipment as Delivered.

To request a refund: Email support@angelica-guidance.com with your order number and the name/email used at checkout.

9) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or you need help with an order, please contact us first at support@angelica-guidance.com so we can assist. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for accounts with unresolved chargebacks or excessive disputes.

10) User Conduct; Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Services; attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; or impersonate any person or entity.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR $100.00 USD.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
